1. Services

Study Point Global provides migration agent and education consulting services. All migration services are delivered by or under the supervision of a MARA-registered migration agent (MARN: 2619317).

2. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to our requests for documents in a timely manner
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
• Pay fees as agreed in your service agreement

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and discussed upfront before any work commences. A written service agreement will be provided outlining scope, fees, and payment terms.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee the result of any visa application. Decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs at their discretion.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

6. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us first at info@studypointglobal.com.au. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.

8. Code of Conduct

As a MARA-registered migration agent (MARN: 2619317), AFTAB ALI KHAN is bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct 2014 prescribed under the Migration Act 1958. This means we are required to:

• Act in the lawful best interests of our clients
• Keep client information confidential
• Provide honest and accurate advice about visa prospects
• Charge reasonable fees with clear written agreements
• Maintain professional indemnity insurance
• Comply with all relevant Australian laws and regulations
